    For clarification, testers can opt out of email notifications to themselves. But that's not enough, I would like to exclude certain groups of testers from notifications altogether, ideally sending them notifications only about some releases (major releases or manually). If they opt out of receiving notifications themselves, they don't receive any future versions, and I don't keep track of it.
