An error occurred while saving the comment This is a known issue that affects both Performance Monitoring (PerfMon) and Google Analytics (GA). The workaround is using custom events (GA) and custom traces (PerfMon).

An error occurred while saving the comment Adding a NOTE: If your top priority is to use Flutter with Firebase on Windows/Linux, this may not be the best idea to vote for. There are other ideas that cover this scenario. If you still think that this is the right one, we would love to hear your reasons and scenarios.

An error occurred while saving the comment I've changed this idea into something more specific and actionable. There is already desktop support (for Windows and Linux) for Flutter and Dart (via the Firebase Flutter SDK), so I'm changing this to support desktop in production apps for the C++ SDK and Unity SDK. If this doesn't fit with your scenario, please leave a comment or create a specific idea.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for opening idea. My only concern is that this idea is too ambiguous. Perhaps it should be more specific to be actionable. For example, Windows and Linux support for production apps. Also, what framework? Unity, C++, C#, etc.

Interesting request. ML Kit is currently offered as a separate solution outside of Firebase (https://developers.google.com/ml-kit). It offers on-device machine learning models for some scenarios. Developers have been asking for support for the web, and I would love to know whether you want to run ML models in the browser (on-device) or if you would prefer a JavaScript library that calls these models without worrying about where they are executed (they could be in the cloud). What is your specific scenario, and why is this feature important to you?
