Change owner of the project
I wish it can change the project to company's own project/website/platform.
So I don't have to use my credit card and reimburse from the company later when I publish it.
If I leave the company it means that I cannot transfer the ownership to anyone to keep the project on going.

If I interpret your request, you are looking for the project to be moved into your organization's Google Cloud for billing and long term ownership? It is definitely recommended to have the company Firebase projects be part of the organizational structure rather than living outside the organization. Every Firebase project is a Google Cloud project so this can be done at the project level and managed in the Cloud console. The documentation to do this can be found here: https://cloud.google.com/resource-manager/docs/handle-special-cases#migrating_projects_no_org Note: you may need help from the organization admins if you don't have the required permission to create resources in the org folders.
