Option to plan first, approve/deny plan, before executing
An option for Gemini to offer a plan. An approve/deny plan option for the user first before executing. Right now, it just does it without your consent. We know AI is better than us, but we need it to show us the plan if it makes sense for the overall business.

It would save so much time if I were able to refine my request before it makes changes. I'd like to be able to brainstorm ideas with Gemini or correct simple mistakes, bofre the prototyper goes ahead and makes the changes.

Yes I agree. Down in the chat area there should be a toggle that switches between "Plan Mode" and "Edit Mode". The amount of times when I ask a question and the AI just jumps in and start coding is unreal. This issue often break already fixed functions that I then have to fix again and again...

my god this just cost me thousands of dollars
in lost time coupled with chat length issues it cant put it back after it rewrote my whole program because i ask a question about data base
