Firestore Console: Option to keep original sub-field order when sorting documents
It would be great to have a feature where sorting/filters applied at the collection level do not automatically apply to nested sub-fields, or an option to disable parent sorting on individual fields in the console viewer.
While this doesn't change the underlying dataset, it would make manual data inspection much more convenient and intuitive for human reviewers.
