allow the user to upload files like pdf's, csv files which will be helpful for machine learning projects.

Yes, most of app development artifacts could be captured in pdf doc, hence allowing to uploading of pdf for app development is important

Yes, this would be helpful. You can add all the security measures you wish IDX, but please allow us to upload our own files to IDX.
