We just launched this! Check out the documentation to start using the App Hosting Emulator (https://firebase.google.com/docs/emulator-suite/use_app_hosting). And ensure your Firebase CLI is on the latest version (v13.28.0) (https://github.com/firebase/firebase-tools/releases/tag/v13.28.0)
