Free tier is great, but the slowness kills the experience. Attach billing to allow more resources?
Free tier is great, but the VMs are super-slow in the rush hours - so is the responsiveness of the Prototyper. It gets stuck regularly. Is there any way to attach billing to it so that more resources can be thrown at the problem?
