1. Monorepo support

   Hello, Just discovering IDX, very exciting product!
   I just set up a repo that is a monorepo, with /backend with a Nest.js server, and a /frontend with an Angular app.

   Is it possible to:
   - Have both running, port 3000 and 8080, and allow each to communicate with each other?
   - Set up monospace.json and specify working_directory for each project listed?

   For the moment, should the monospace.json file live in the root of the repo, or nested at the root of each project?

2. Supports Cloud SQL connection with Firebase Functions V2 natively as it was with V1

   Migrating a Firebase Functions project from V1 to V2 using Cloud SQL is not feasible. It appears that Cloud SQL connections are not yet supported in V2. Cloud SQL connection works automatically and required no actions in V1. It would be beneficial if connecting to a Cloud SQL instance using V2 could be made as simple as it was before.

5. Generating a QR Code to make it easy to test on my phone!

   While I can copy/paste a preview URL and have it working on my phone, sometimes that doesn't work - especially if my phone is on a different account than my OS. Or if I'm on an operating system that doesn't support all of this nicely.

   It would be great to have a QR generator where I can preview my Web app or Flutter app directly on my phone with no added friction. It should "just work".

7. Support Docker-in-Docker

   IDX should support running Docker containers within the Docker container provided for the runtime, preferably by reusing the host's Docker daemon:

   $ docker run -ti --rm -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock hello-world
   docker: permission denied while trying to connect to the Docker daemon socket at unix:///var/run/docker.sock: Post "http://%2Fvar%2Frun%2Fdocker.sock/v1.24/containers/create": dial unix /var/run/docker.sock: connect: permission denied.
   
   $ sudo docker run -ti --rm -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock hello-world
   docker: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?.
   See 'docker run --help'.
   

   versus on Codespaces:

   $ docker run -ti --rm -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock hello-world

   To generate this message, Docker took the following steps:
    1. The Docker client contacted the Docker daemon.

17. Allow developers to enable authentication limit to a certain collection/document(in cloud firestore) and to a certain node (in RTDB)

18. Provide command to add testers to Tester groups via CLI

    Currently, the Firebase CLI command can add testers to a Firebase App distribution project. But adding testers to a tester group can be done only manually on the Firebase portal. This becomes tedious for teams who maintain multiple tester groups and a large number of testers. Adding feasibility to mention to which tester group, the tester should be added in the Firebase add tester CLI command will make this process easier.

20. Create a context.auth (1st Gen) equivalent for 2nd Gen cloud function

    1st gen cloud functions can access auth info via context.auth as described here: https://firebase.google.com/docs/database/extend-with-functions?gen=1st#accessing_user_authentication_information

    But 2nd gen cloud functions is yet to have the same function.
