Support Swift in Cloud Functions
Swift is a much beloved and popular language for writing apps on the Apple platforms, but increasingly, it is also being used server side and even for writing cross platform business logic on Android and on Windows.
Being able to share models and business logic between your clients and server would be an amazing productivity boost. And being able to develop in a language that focuses on safety would eliminate categories of issues that can exist if you develop in say Javascript or Typescript.

We need to support fast languages, with a small memory footprint and environmentally friendly. Swift sounds ideal.

I have worked with cloud functions before and I liked them, but as an iOS developer I would prefer if they supported Swift since I already use Swift in my client.

This is something I would love to see implemented tomorrow :) Firebase is a wonderful platform and being able to program Cloud Functions in a language we're skilled (as iOS devs) would be really helpful

Somewhere between important and critical: I would choose Firebase for my next project without question if this was possible.
