1. Support for user-specific config (user.nix) in addition to dev.nix

   IDX now has project-specific .idx/dev.nix file, which configures the project-specific environment.

   I'd like to have a user-specific user.nix (or similar) file which would be applied on all of my own workspaces, which would not be shared to other people using my project.

   Use case: I author an open source project, which needs project level dependencies. These I'd put to .idx/dev.nix. I also have a ton of terminal and git aliases and configs that I'd like to have on my own projects, but which don't make sense in the context of my open source project.

4. Flutter Android Demo Testing Integration Easier?

   Currently, I love Project IDX, but I still think it is a little hard to test out Android Apps built in Flutter and Firebase from the User Interface VS Android Studio.

   Could this development experience be made a little bit easier; for something Flutter is famous for on "painting user interfaces for mobile applications?"

   It should be possible to estimate Firebase costs using the emulator.

   Example workflow for comparing Firestore data structures in terms of costs:
   - setup test for each data structure
   - signal start of costs recording
   - run test for first data structure againt the Firestore emulator
   - signal stop of costs recording
   - run again for second data structure

13. Add .idx/dev.nix for import from repo

    When I import project from my repository, I want to install Golang. After I installed Golang, they said my Golang package is not permanent, so I want to make it permanent and I read the documentation of IDX and found it. They say I need to edit my .idx/dev.nix file for the package but I cannot find it on my project. Please make it possible to edit .idx/dev.nix for project that import from github repository

14. ...can have direct URL's that don't have a location redirect

    Currently we can have URLs that forward to localhost. But these use a redirect (30x). Some environments don't accept a location redirect. For example, we are developing Google Workspace Add-ons and it would be a great usecase for it, but we need a tool like ngrok to connect add-ons to our endpoints, since they need a 200 response.

16. Descriptions for Tester groups

    It would be nice to be able to add a description to App Distribution tester groups so that we can add instructions for other admins that manage the same dashboard. We impose limits on who should and shouldn't be added to certain groups, and while this is enforced by tooling we periodically run, it would be nice to have proactive instructions for other admins to see instead of always having to reactively act to revert unwarranted changes.

18. Add option to save a query in Firestore Query Builder

    I have some queries that I perform frequently through Firestore Query Builder. It would be great to save queries to be able to run them with one click.
