Realtime database, change default tab order
Reorder the tabs in Realtime DB to prioritize displaying the rules or a landing page before the data.
New users and analytics management find that loading the Realtime Database section from the web console impacts bandwidth usage for reads. This behavior is not ideal and could be separated from the Realtime Database landing page, especially when editing or inspecting the rules, as it requires loading larger chunks of the database before the user switches tabs.

Pixi is the new package manager for the conda ecosystem, and is likely to replace conda/mamba/micromamba, much as uv has replaced pip/venv.
Currently I can add a nix configuration to my project but I want to use the existing pixi.toml to setup my environments.

AI Fixes One Thing But Breaks Another – Please Improve
When I ask the AI to fix or adjust something in my Firebase app, it works—but then it changes other things I didn’t ask for. For example, I might want to fix spacing, but it also removes gradients, transparency, or changes the layout.
Suggestions:
Let me limit the AI to only the part I want changed.
Show me what will change before applying it.
Add an easy undo button.
Make the AI focus only on what I ask—nothing more.
This would help a lot and save time. Thank you!

Request for Biweekly and Monthly Backup Options in Firestore
Currently, Firestore only supports daily and weekly scheduled backups. We would like to request the addition of both biweekly and monthly backup options. These features would provide greater flexibility for projects where weekly backups are too frequent, but biweekly or monthly backups would better suit our needs.

Offline Support or Enhanced Performance: As projects grow in size, the prototyper tends to slow down significantly. Introducing an offline version or optimizing the prototyper for better performance with large resources would greatly enhance the user experience.
Cross-Platform Conversion: After developing a web application, providing a seamless way to convert the same project—with the same structure—into Android and iOS apps would be incredibly valuable. This would streamline the development process and reduce duplication of effort.

Make AngularFire an offcially supported library
The AngularFire library gets updated really slow so we miss out on some of the latest features. There are lots of issues that doesn't get solved and the documentation is very lacking. They are both Google products and make an awesome combination but if the library does not get enough support/resources we're forced to migrate to plain javascript firebase. Please make it an official library or something so more resources are assigned to AngularFire.

I was added to a project I don't recognize and can't remove myself
I receive an email saying that somebody has added me to their firebase project. I do not know this person nor this project.
I cannot reject the invitation. It was in fact not an invitation, just a notification that I was added to that project.
I try to remove myself but I can't because I don't have permisison to remove member from that project
