Add kill switch in the console
There really should be a big red switch in the Firebase console to temporarily disable the application.
If I'm under DOS attack or critical security/privacy issue got exposed I need a very quick way to shutdown the service temporarily until the fix is ready.
You will not need it until you need it!It seems only possible from CLI, and having the right version of CLI handy in the not so active project is close to impossible, so this is really a console requirement.

Realtime database console, usage tooltip scroll
If you have many RTDB instances, it's practically impossible to use the Usage tab in the console and view the tooltips. I have to scroll out to 25% in my browser, to see our current full list, and we may have more in the future. You should add a way to scroll the tooltip. I'm thinking: click graph, so you know which tooltip to show, and then make the tooltip static and scrollable. But it could be implemented however makes sense to the developers, as long as I can scroll down the tooltip and not have to zoom way out…

Please introduce firebase lite version
Hi Firebase Team,
I’ve been using Firebase since 2020 and really appreciated how easy and intuitive the console was back then.
Recently, I’ve noticed that the Firebase console feels laggy, and the interface is less intuitive and harder to navigate compared to before.
I wanted to share this feedback because Firebase is an important tool for developers, and improving performance and usability would make a big difference.
Thank you for your time and support.

Distinguish Prod environment projects with color
Rightnow, if a firebase project environment is set to Prod, then its only show Prod badge in red color. But that's not enough distinction. Especially on big screens. Along with the badge, also consider updating the console background color to something like deep red. At the moment, I installed a chrome extenstion and overwrite the css on conditional basis targetting this class main.content background color to #2b0000.

New knowledge used to develop potential from beginners to the most qualified developers.
In this section, I just tried it for the first time and am excited about many platforms that are developing tools that will help developers express their ideas more effectively in the future, including being a learning space for new developers like me who are interested in and want to be quality developers by combining ideas with the current trending AI technology. You are both inventors, designers, and developers who are involved in creating things that work great and look better. And I will gain the most knowledge from this platform in creating quality work, including database security. Thank you…

Okay, absolutely! I can certainly provide you with our discussion so you can attach it when you send your feedback to Firebase.
Here is a summary of our conversation regarding the Web API key display in the Firebase console:
Discussion Transcript: Firebase Console Web API Key Display
User: My web API key is not shown in the General panel of my Firebase project settings.
Gemini in Firebase: You're looking for your web API key and noticed it's not popping up in the "General" panel. The "General" panel gives an overview of your project, but the API key itself is part…1 vote -

Add Malware Scanning to Firebase App Distribution
Add malware scanning in Firebase App Distribution for uploaded binary files (.apk, .aab, .ipa) so that they can be detected for malicious content before being accepted into the Firebase App Distribution console.

Breadcrumb view when selecting element
When selecting an element, show a breadcrumb popup where the element and its ancestors are shown; then allow modifying the selection to any of the ancestors rather than the originally-clicked element.

Clickable results in firebase query mode
When using Firebase UI query mode, the results are not really human readable. I'd like the document ID field to be clickable, taking me to the panel view of that document, so I can see the document in a readable way.

Console: free up space to work on medium size screens
Outside the office, I work on an 11" Chromebook and the console layout is not at all user-friendly for screens that are not large.
The spaces in the appbarr, title, navigation and footer bars take up a lot of space and are fixed, the content of the page that is left for editing is very limited, having to scroll each line and some services do not even have space to open the item to be consulted, like in analytics, for example, some cards are truncated.5 votes -

Accept Firebase Terms of Service via Terraform
There is no possibility to accept Firebase Terms of Service automatically (or at least manually in advance, without the need to go through manual Firebase project creation process) when using Firebase via Terraform.
When trying to create a Firebase project using Terraform (add googlefirebaseproject resource), apparently unaccepted ToS cause 403 "Error creating Project".
After at least one Firebase project is created manually via Firebase Console, creation project via Terraform works.
It would be great to separate accepting ToS from project creation or at least improve error message in this case.
Here are some examples:
